Anyone wanna help me? i need help learning how to use Prismacolor colored pencils. i havent really used colored pencils... normally i just draw a picture with pencil but  not color it. ALSO how to use acrilic paints.... i have been doing ok, but i need just some small help. thank you :)

Ok people, my bday is comming up in Feb (the 12th to be exact) And well i got a few ideas for gifts for meh lol (i know i wont get any of these... but why not) ~Light Box~ ($59-$300) *Art drafting table*($49-$100) ~Drafting Lamp~($54-$80) *prismacolor markers*($25-$120)(i really want these) ~prismacolor color pencils~($60+) *canvases*($5-$20) ~paint~($1-$5) *paint brushes*($5-$20) ~sketch book~($5-$8) *good drawing pencils*($5-$20) ~any kind of make up~ *anything u think i would like* ~any thing to do with ICP~ im not really sure where to buy this stuff.. maybe an art store.. i know u can get em on ebay... ^_^
